Alternatively, you can always choose to deliver the item to our warehouse. Here, the item can be exchanged for another item, a credit note, or a refund.
We do not accept packages without delivery or packages sent cash on delivery.
NOTE: The right of withdrawal does not apply to items where you have removed the seal/packaging and where the item is not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons.
